I have lost a sister with breast/bone cancer, three uncles and two aunts with cancers. My mother had bowel cancer and is a survivor. My remaining sister had breast cancer and is a survivor. Just two weeks ago I was told I had 80 percent chance of kidney cancer and needed a partial nephrectomy as less then 3 cm. Despite the above I am being encouraged to wait by others. I am going to have the surgery anyway. Your stories encouraged me to see that there is still hope for a normal future. Thank you.
