Get One-on-One Support
A kidney cancer diagnosis brings questions and uncertainty. The Patient Navigator Program provides one-on-one support to help you feel heard, find trusted information, and move forward with confidence.
Please note: because of the end-of-year holidays, response times for requests submitted via phone message or online form between December 19, 2025-January 4, 2026 will be longer than 2 business days. Your request will be responded to as quickly as possible.

- Specific medical advice about your personal diagnosis, treatment plan, or symptoms
- Scheduling appointments with doctors, or telling you exactly which doctor to see
- Reviewing your medical records, such as pathology or radiology reports
- Filling out disability, insurance, financial, or other medical forms on your behalf

The Patient Liaison, Rosemary, is a dedicated KCA staff member who listens to your needs, answers questions, and helps guide you to the right resources.
The Patient Liaison can share financial assistance resources, help with ways to find support, and give general information about kidney cancer.
If your request is outside of the scope of the program, we may still be able to recommend other organizations that can help.
No, the KCA cannot provide medical advice, review your medical records, or make recommendations on which providers you should see. Your kidney cancer care team is the best resource for specific questions about your diagnosis and treatment.
The Patient Liaison cannot handle urgent or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away.
Reach out anyway! Even if your question falls outside this program, we’ll try to guide you to the right place.
