Women in RCC Group Coaching

Professional Virtual Group Coaching for Female Physicians

A common theme that has emerged from previous Women in RCC events is the need for effective ways to positively promote YOU inside and outside of your institution regarding leadership, mentorship, speaking, research, publications, and other professional opportunities. Learning from experienced professional coaches in a virtual group setting with a small group of your peers may be an ideal next step in your professional development.

The purpose of this program is to:

  • Empower early/mid-career-level women physicians to become leaders in their area of medicine
  • Build leadership skills through structured, online training and virtual programs
  • Create a space for mentorship opportunities, community and camaraderie

This program is open to participants both in and outside of the U.S.

Meet the Coaches

Well-being Worx (WBW) was founded by two women physician leaders – Dr. Elizabeth M. Harry and Dr. Sharon C. Kiely. Our vision is to support physicians’ personal well-being and professional leadership to amplify an individual’s impact in the world. WBW recognizes the interplay between work life, and personal life and that both are integrated and evolving for every individual. Well-being Worx considers the unique needs and desires of the individual first so that they are most able to lead, to contribute, and to succeed.
