Fundraising Goal – $1,000

Amount Raised – $6,000

Activity – We had a three hour LIVE music event with the Once in a While Band who are excellent musicians with caring hearts. We also enjoyed a photo booth from Cocoa Events and Marketing – crazy fun!

What advice do you have for other event captains?

Start planning EARLY – type of event, venue sponsors, and a team to keep the momentum going

Final Comments

I am over the top thrilled with how successful the Event went! It was a warm evening. Friends came and stayed for the entire evening!! I’ve already added two more committee members for next year and have March 8th, 2025 on the calendar! The Once in a While Band is booked !
