The Kidney Cancer Association offers two $500,000 Advanced Discovery Awards (ADAs). ADAs seek to promote collaboration between a clinician including a urologic oncologist, medical oncologist or radiation oncologist and a research-based collaborator (Ph.D., M. D., D. O.) to propose new research that will make an immediate impact in the field of kidney cancer.
Research may include biomarker development, development of novel therapeutic targets, correlative studies associated with ongoing or completed clinical trials, or assays that promote the early detection of kidney cancer. The KCA looks forward to reviewing innovative applications from the kidney cancer research community and learning how their projects will continue advancing our mission of bringing an end to the death and suffering from renal cancers and envisioning of a world without kidney cancer.
