Transportation Options

By Air:

Most airlines fly in and out of Edinburgh Airport in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre and surrounding hotels are about 7-8 miles from Edinburgh Airport- approximately 25-30 minutes away by taxi or 40 minutes away by airport tram. Getting from the Edinburgh Airport to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and nearby hotels:

·  Train: Edinburgh Airport to Haymarket Station.

  • Cost: £7
  • Trains run every 7 minutes
  • Takes about 35-40 minutes on the train
  • Once exiting the tram, EICC and nearby hotels are about 0.3 miles from the tram stop, about 5-10 minutes walking distance.

·  Taxi: Edinburgh Airport to EICC via Taxi/Limousine.

  • Cost: £25- £40, depending on the company and traffic.
  • Several official Taxi and Limousine services are available on the Edinburgh Airport website.
  • Takes about 25-30 minutes to ride from the airport to EICC and nearby hotels.

By Train:
