Hollywood celebrity and Kidney Cancer Association director, Denise Richards, whose mom died from kidney cancer, presents a check to Carrie Konosky.

I’m Carrie Konosky, the Kidney Cancer Association’s Vice President for Development and Public Affairs.  My colleague Stephanie and I have assisted many people like you in organizing successful fundraising events.  These include runs and walks, golf and other sports events, carnivals, dinners, and more.  I look forward to helping you organize your fundraiser, too. You can expect a reply by phone or email.  To get started, we need to know about your specific interests.  When you email us, please be sure to include a telephone number and the best time of day to reach you.  Expect a reply within a week to ten days.

One very easy way to raise funds is to purchase orange wristbands or other merchandise and sell them at a price you determine. Excess funds can then be donated to us. This fundraiser involves little effort, other than asking people you know to make a contribution.

As always, we’re very grateful for your support. Without the necessary funds, we cannot continue to help the many thousands of people we reach in more than 100 nations. Your financial support benefits families just like yours by funding our research, education, and advocacy programs that are essential to ending death and suffering from kidney cancer.
